What type of licence do you need to drive an auto rickshaw?
You can drive our vehicle on a full motorbike or car licence. If you are 16+ then you are able to drive once you have obtained your CBT (with "L" plates). 16 year olds are not allowed to carry passengers.
Where can I obtain parts and servicing?
The auto rickshaws are relatively simple to maintain. We carry a comprehensive stock of parts at our base, that can be shipped overnight. If you are local to us then we can service your vehicle for you.
Do the vehicles come with a warranty?
All auto rickshaws that we supply come with 12 months parts and labour warranty. This can be extended at a cost to the end user. (Please see the accessories page for more details and pricing).
What can I do about getting insurance? These vehicles are recognised by insurers - find details of some on our insurance page.
How much does road tax cost for an auto rickshaw?
These vehicles are classed as tricycles, currently £66 per year.
What range do auto rickshaws have?

around 140 miles on a tank of LPG plus another 35 miles using the reserve petrol.
What colours are available? The standard colours are black and yellow, pure black or pure yellow. We can offer a design service for you to have vinyl graphics applied, full colours, logos or contact details. Please contact us regarding custom wraps.
Do you offer a delivery service?
Yes, we deliver nationwide and offer shipping worldwide. As an alternative, lightweight trailers are available to purchase, so you can pick up your vehicle and tow it home yourself!
Can I have a van for my business? Yes, there is a van conversion available with a choice of doors and openings, ideal for advertising and deliveries. Some examples can be seen on our "usage page." |
